The people you see on this page are the ones you will meet in our office and on the factory floor. We don’t employ outsider contractors, preferring to prepare and instal
l all kitchens and cabinetry ourselves.
Having a small team means you as the customer can benefit from dealing with the same people from start to finish and allows us to have a quality guarantee that we can stand by.
Paco Leal Snr – Director
Experienced cabinet maker Paco has worked in the Canberra / Queanbeyan region for more than 45 years. During that time, he has established a reputation for design flexibility and stunning finished products.
In his role as Director of Crown Kitchens and Joinery, Paco is dedicated to passing his skills and practical knowledge to his team of cabinet makers and apprentices.
Paco Leal Jnr – Foreman
Following in his father’s footsteps, Paco Jnr has built his career as a cabinet maker over 24 years. In order to continue the good reputation of Crown Kitchens and Joinery, Paco is committed to providing quality work through modern kitchen design.
With a passion for new trends and an eye for colour and interiors, Paco is keen to recommend different materials and come up with eye catching design combinations. Our customers rely on Paco for his innovative layout solutions as well as his clever designs.
Isabel Leal – OFFICE MANAGER
Isabel is as passionate about customer service as she is about the family business. Her role is to take care of everything behind the scenes, enabling Crown Kitchens and Joinery to provide the very best to their clients with reliability and seamless efficiency.
Isabel Smith (Isi) – PROJECT MANAGER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Proficient in IT and social media, Isi manages the digital side of Crown Kitchens and Joinery and enables clear communication with customers. She has many years of project management experience which she brings to the business in the day to day operations
With a keen interest in renovation and property improvement, Isabel has a great eye for kitchen layouts and room requirements which allows her to share advice and ideas with our customers and design team.
Isabel Leal (Issy)– accounts MANAGER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
With many years experience in customer service and accounts management, Issy brings a wealth of knowledge to the Crown Kitchens team. She maintains strong relationships with industry professionals and clients and provides vital office support for the smooth-running of the business.
Her young, positive attitude also brings a range of innovative ideas to our design team which she supports on a daily basis.
